The processing of your data
In order to be able to help you with the translation, completion and registration of the medical will, the use of personal data is unavoidable. Below you can read which data are needed, what they are used for and how long they are kept

The contact form on the site
If you fill in the contact form on www.Livingwillspain.com you will be asked for your name, telephone number and email address. This information is used to be able to contact you. If you decide not to enter into a service agreement, this data will no longer be stored.

Service agreement
If you decide to engage Maria Kupers for help with the translation, completion and registration of the medical will, the following information is required for invoicing:

Name
Address
residence
NIE number

This data is kept for a maximum of five years for tax reasons.

Registration medical will
In order to make an appointment for the registration of your medical will, I need a NUSHA number in addition to the above information. This number will be removed from Almijar Proyectos' records immediately after registration.

If you do not have a NUSHA number, this will be requested for you. This requires the following additional information:

Date of birth
Birthplace
Country of birth

This number will not be communicated to Almijar Proyectos, in principle you should receive this at home. If this is not the case, it will be entered on the forms in the registration office by the staff of the Junta de Andalucía.

The above additional data will be removed from Almijar Proyectos' records immediately after the application for the NUHSA number.

The data on the forms
Unless you explicitly request otherwise, the formsfor the medical will be completed on paper. We will bring these forms to our appointment at the registration office and afterwards hand them over to you or destroy them ourselves.

Confidentiality
All your data is protected according to the applicable laws, but completing your medical will consists of more than simple personal data. Everything that comes up during our conversations is regarded by me as strictly confidential and treated as such. If you like, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before we sit down at the table.

Commercial expressions and use by third parties
Almijar Proyectos does not send mailings with a commercial purpose. The sole purpose of e-mail and telephone contact between Maria Kupers and yourself is to be able to carry out the agreed services. Your email address and telephone number are only in the Almijar Proyectos database and will not be shared with third parties unless a court order is issued.
